Tuesday evening 4:00 – 7:00 pm or
Wednesday morning 7:00 am- 9:00 am
Pricing:
Slaughter: $60 per beef
Processing: $.72 per pound hanging weight
Patties: $.72 per pound

We pride ourselves on providing lean ground beef.
We try to maintain an 85 to 90% lean ratio. This requires us to discard extra fat which results in less take home weight but higher quality ground beef.
If you would prefer fatter ground beef (80%), please let us know. On rare occasions we get a beef that is just too fat and too marbled to be able to make lean ground beef.
