Archery Season Hours:

Monday through Friday:
8:00 am – 11:45 am
12:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Saturday:
8:00 am – 12:00 pm

We have an outside walk-in cooler available; but you need to contact me for the key location.

Rifle Season Hours:

7 days per week during season
8:00 am – 11:45 am
12:30 – 8:00 pm
The outside cooler is not available during rifle season.

Deer Processing Pricing:

Gutting: $40.00
Caping: $30.00
Skinning: $15.00
Processing under 49 pounds: $75.00
50-99 pounds: $80.00
100-139 pounds: $90.00
over 140 pounds: $100.00

Beef fat is added at no charge.
Add beef: $3.50 per pound
Add pork: Deer Processing $2.25 per pound
Slice jerky meat: $.50 per pound

Fresh Sausage:
1/4 Pork: $1.50 per pound
1/3 Pork: $1.75 per pound
1/2 Pork: $2.00 per pound
Summer Sausage: $2.50 per pound in 3 pound sticks
Salami: $2.50 per pound in 3 pound sticks
Jalapeno Cheese Summer Sausage: $3.25 per pound in 3 pound sticks
Hot Links: $2.50 per pound with a 10 pound minimum
Medium Snack Sticks: $3.50 per pound with a 10 pound minimum
Medium Snack Sticks with Cheese: $4.00 per pound with a 10 pound minimum
Hot Snack Sticks: $3.50 per pound with a 10 pound minimum
Whole Muscle Jerky: $4.00 per pound wet weight
(it takes 3 pounds wet weight to make 1 pound of jerky)

Boneless Meat:
$5.00 handling charge
$.75 per pound to grind into burger
